AC Hotel Fort Worth Downtown

Absolutely fabulous front desk staff. Warm, welcoming, and full of great dining suggestions. Made our stay amazing. Our room was spotless and luxurious. The gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Don't miss the privately owned coffee shop on the ground floor (Pax&Bendicia). Great bar and gathering space on the second floor with a outdoor space with views on downtown. Great location for anything downtown, steps from Sundance Square.

Cons: The hotel advertises as pet friendly..they allow pets..bury a 100.00 non refundable pet fee and is not what I would consider pet friendly. This was brought up AFTER we had the room key AFTER we had driven nearly 12 hours and the cancellation would have cost us $200.00 plus the cost of a new place to stay. The closest place to dog could relieve herself was two blocks away and we had to get that information from the valet as the desk attendant was not helpful with that information. The room was 66 degrees when we opened the door. Maybe they could reduce the pet fee and save money by not trying to produce frosted glass. Positive: Location was great. Check in was easy and quick. Private and quiet. Negative: Valet was unprofessional, long wait times and inappropriate comments

We had two extra days after our conference to see Fort Worth. Great location, great staff!! I want to especially shoutout Towne Park and the valet team at the AC Hotel. They were friendly, helpful with directions and each one had a smile on their face when we interacted! They were working hard and throughly enjoyed talking to each of them! They made my stay perfect!

Clean and modern hotel, rooms are nice. Great location for walking to shopping and restaurants. Sundance square is close by. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Our hotel room did not have a closet. Just a very small area to hang a few clothes. It's not equipped for longer stays. We stayed five nights.
