This was the best family vacation I've ever had. What a great find! About the Smokies found the perfect cabin for our family of 4. The cabin was Immaculate and words can't even begin to describe the beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains that we had. It was breathtaking. The cabin was beautiful and had all of the amenities that you would possibly need. Having a glass of wine while in the hot tub looking out at that amazing view was just perfect. The people at about the Smokies were very pleasant to work with. The few small issues and questions that we had were handled immediately. We couldn't get the down stairs gas fireplace on and they had someone out within a few hours to relight the pilot. The people in the office and the maintenance people were all extremely friendly, helpful and hospi

I really like to visit this kind of homestay. It is a real vacation. The place is beautiful and warm.

I had a wonderful experience! My family and I stayed for just one night and I wish I splurged and went for a few. The cabin was spotless and decorated so beautifully. The view from the balcony was amazing. My family and I played the arcade games and had a great time without even traveling from the beautiful cabin. Not to mention how comfortable it was to stay there. I slept the best there than my own bed. The kitchen had perfect amenities to make food staying there as well. The lady we spoke to on the phone was also very cheery. This was definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at!

Love any and ever part of these mountains. From the food to the southern hospitality. Always a great vaca spot for me and my family

We stayed at the "In The Mood" cabin for a week in June for our 25th anniversary. It was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The cabin was gorgeous and felt like home as soon as we walked in the door. Extra touches were made to make us feel so comfortable, like having the air conditioner on and the hot tub warmed up. The views from the deck and from the master bedroom were phenomenal. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night and About The Smokies was so kind in arranging that for us. They were available quickly for any questions we had and went out of their way to make our week something very special.
