A White River Retreat

We stayed here on a last minute trip. Cabin was very nice. Well stocked and lots of extras such as camping chairs and good seasoned firewood for the fire pit. Very comfortable for two families and 8 people. Had a mouse upstairs but that was the only negative. Management company offered to send someone to clean, we just took care of it ourselves. The river was high so we didn't have much bank to work with. But, we were able to get the kids on some fish and a couple of quality rainbow trout caught from the bank. Huge front and back yard for the kids to play! Overall a great place. Beware you may not have much bank to fish from. Throw some worms about 30 feet from shore and you'll get on the fish!

These clean and well-appointed cabins are amazing, and the setting and scenery are both astounding and relaxing, with stunning cliff views and a gently rolling White River below. You can really get away from it all here, with star-filled nights and fire-side chats. Great fishing is only steps away from your backdoor. Check out Cabin 11, if it is available!

This place has an amazing location. The river is right up against a shear rock wall making for awesome views from the cabin. The cabin was great. I loved everything about it except for the wifi. We didn't come there for the internet or cell phone coverage though. The back porch area was really cool, we would definitely like to go back here again. We caught a bunch of rainbow trout in the river. We also enjoy seeing the river otters playing out there.

Cabin 13 was marvelous! This retreat is far enough out to "unplug" yet has a wifi connection to stay connected if desired. My favorite spot was the screened-in back porch for reading and napping! My son loved being able to fish (and still be within my sight from the porch). We all appreciated the calm, inviting atmosphere of the house and having family nextdoor I. Cabin 14. I strongly recommend for a family vacation!

Loved this cabin! It's so peaceful. Beautiful views of the river and bluffs out in the back area, mountains in the front! It's a win win situation! It is about 20 min or so away from town so keep that in mind. I hope we get to come back sometime.
