4 Seasons at Beech Mountain

Dated room, one of two TVs broken. Microwave broken. AC wall units did not cool the rooms enough. No deadbolts. Working TV required two different remotes to use. The rooms were quiet and the beds were decently comfortable. We would not stay here again.

I’ve decided to give them five stars, thanks to the outstanding customer service and the warm demeanor of the front staff. You can truly see the potential in this place, and it’s clear that the new owners are doing a fantastic job managing the property. Everything was clean; there were paper towels, nice towels, clean soap, and even makeup remover, which I appreciated. The toaster and coffee pot were great additions, and the view was simply beautiful!

All the stars go to Dale, the General Manager of this hotel. He made our entire Christmas stay truly pleasant — not only incredibly knowledgeable, but genuinely caring. While the rooms themselves may need some improvement, it’s the staff who truly make the experience, and Dale absolutely covers it all. Thank you!

We've stayed at 4 Seasons a couple of times. It is an older hotel but the staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

My 18-year old son and I stayed here Sunday through Tuesday in early August of 2025. The weather was perfect --low 60s, so the AC system not working was not an issue. We were four rooms down from the closed Mexican restaurant (horrible and terrifying reviews, thank God it got shut down) but the room was very clean and maintained and we experienced zero issues. Yes, this hotel is very "retro," but personally, I love that vibe. The mattress was firm but comfortable and I slept well both nights. Yes, some of the beds are those vertically folding into the wall kind you see private detectives have in film noir, but it was perfectly fine and added to the whole vintage vibe of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again. I spoke with the manager and he said improvements are incoming! I hope they k
