Average, at best. I would recommend avoiding this hotel. It looks great on the website but once you are past the pretty lobby and back patio it goes downhill from there. We did not get the $700 night room we paid for. Instead they said they gave us the best room. Indeed, it was large, had a kitchen area and nice if not a little rundown. The bathroom did not have a shower. Instead it had an 8' whirlpool bath with a hand held shower wand. We are seniors - it was scary. - had to climb over the two foot tub edge just to get to shower wand, very weird and very scary set up.. Zac the owner and Michael the Manager were not on the premises left all management duties to a young woman who was ill equipped. They offered us a very small room with a very small bathroom that had a very seedy fe

We stayed in December and were the only guests. It was a little awkward. Great location. The reception area and ground floor of the property are nice but starting to feel their age and there are lots of little « details » that have gone unattended: cat hair on a lounge pillow, missing vent covers, etc. The room was comfortable except for the fact we had no hot water in the shower. For two days. I had a cold shower on Day 1, told the front desk, thought the problem was solved and wound up with more cold water in the shower in Day 2. Kirkland Coffee was served on the ground floor in the mornings from a Keurig along with plastic wrapped pastry. And there’s a Blink security camera buried in a plant on the second floor lounge. Why? For a pseudo- boutique hotel I expected a lot more.

We stayed here on Xmas eve. It was just for one night and we got there at 11pm and Jessica was there and was very nice. She was there in the morning too before checkout. The room was small but clean and nice and had what we needed. Will stay here again.

We stayed there for a couple of days during our trip and we LOVED it here! The garden area with bikes, comfy chairs, and umbrellas felt so cozy and peaceful. Everything was clean and well kept, and I really enjoyed just relaxing outside. Definitely a place I’d come back to

An awful experience with an management/owner who does not care. We arrived in the evening for a 1-week stay. At check-in, I mentioned concerns about the air quality as the smell throughout the main parts of the hotel was intense. They brushed it off. After staying one night, we found the condition to cause health problems for me. I suffer from a lot of allerfies. I raised this with reception who called the owner, who blatantly yelled at me for any suggesting any issues. We had booked for 1-week but there was no way I could make it through a week. We went back and forth over next day trying to find a compromise (including offering to pay for half the stay even if we left), but they refused and just said it's non-refundable. And to make things worse, they refused to even try remediate the
