We stayed in a junior suit with our 2 teenagers for a week in Feb 2026. Nice surprise with a pretty big room at the 24th floor, beautiful view. Good location. Very quiet ( not a lot of people at the same floor/corridor, it helped) Clever spaces, clean. Top breakfast. The only thing is that the sink could have been replaced ( marks which are not dirty but simply cannot go) , shower floor damaged. In general the équipements are getting old and would deserve a change. But nothing repelling. We enjoyed our stay in NYC and recommend this practical hotel !
I was here about 2 weeks ago and the staff here is incredible they were so nice gave me an early check in because my flight was from 6am. It’s a pretty decent hotel VERY CLEAN. They have a lot of gatherings so it’s always something to do. Yousef and Soumica were the besttttttt!!! Yousef was really helpful with the bags along with the team. They do hold a baggage fee for holding your bags! The view was amazing. The rooms are small but the view was pretty amazing house keepers always cleaning and checking in. Thank you to Soumica for being helpful and just so pure and easy to talk to while checking in my hotel, I will definitely be back. It’s literally a 8 min walk from time square !!!!
I never actually made it to YOTEL because my reservation was cancelled the day of my stay. When the hotel attempted to charge my credit card, American Express (my corp card) flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent and blocked it. Instead of contacting me to resolve the issue, the hotel cancelled my reservation outright. I had made the booking weeks in advance, and the cancellation happened with virtually no effort to reach me. In my experience, most hotels will call or email immediately if a payment doesn’t go through. In this case, there was no phone call and no attempt to secure the reservation—just a brief email informing me that it had been cancelled. When I replied to the email, the response I received simply suggested that I could make a new reservation through their onli
We booked this hotel without checking the reviews because we love Yotel Boston so much! We will not be returning to this location though. We were in room 1605 & 1627. Checked into 1605 and could hear an alarm going off from the elevator .. lo and behold, it was from our room. We went inside to see what was going on & within 3-5 minutes of being there we noticed how the TV looked to be barely hanging on, the infamous purple lighting did not work, the room was underwhelming as far as appearance goes. I brought this to the staff’s attention and she immediately moved us to 1627. 1627 was better as far as an alarm NOT going off upon arrival, the purple lighting worked too. Unfortunately the room phone, outlet on the right side of the bed and towel warmer did not work. After you used the shower,
BEWARE: I interacted with an individual who identified himself only as “Chris” and claimed to be a manager. He refused to provide his full name and was not wearing a name tag, stating that doing so was “not in policy.” When asked to clarify or provide the policy in writing, he declined. Throughout the interaction, he lacked transparency and communicated in a dismissive and discourteous manner. While I understand that not every issue can be resolved immediately, the primary concern was not the outcome itself, but the way the situation was handled. His repeated reliance on vague references to “policy” without explanation, combined with his refusal to provide identifying information, escalated the situation unnecessarily. References to policy went beyond a name tag. This level of conduct is c
