Yoakum Inn

Price was the best. Have a good friendship with the owners and they took care of me. No complaints. Hate when you call a hotel and first thing they ask is what company you work for, it's like they know you have per-diem and they want it all. Not Yoakum inn they provide a good place with good prices.

Feel free to stay here if you like roaches, and a bad smelling room. Also, don't say you won't smoke in a non-smoking room. The little manager will scream at you, chase you out of the office, and threaten you with bodily harm. Also, don't try to file charges, because the crooked cops in Yoakum will side with him.

Rude with roaches and fleas!!!! Wouldn't transfer my dropped call. Threatened to call the police because i called back. Horrible!!! I've stayed in rooms all over the country and have never never been treated like a criminal for calling to my room that was paid for!!!!

Nice clean rooms, it's not a 5-star hotel, but I've been staying week at a time every other week and I'll continue to come back. Owners are nice, respectful people.

Owner was friendly, but place have in down and parking lot is rough Seems safe, out in the country and does not have any food at hotel or nearby. Caters to workers at factories and oil industry.
