Yellowstone Motel

When visiting family in the area for the holidays, this has been a gem of a find for several stays in a row. The hotel has a handful of rooms that are bright, clean, simple, and have just the right amount of necessities without being over the top. I have two toddlers, and this place is as child-proof as a hotel can be. We have stayed in the larger suite with a queen in the main room and two queens in an adjacent room. This works very well for our family. We once needed to bring our dog due to her having an injury, and the dog amenities are also very clean, warm in colder seasons, and have access to a camera for the reserved kennel! Breakfast isn’t anything crazy but is completely sufficient for a couple of mornings. Price is unbeatable. The kiosk check-in can be a little bit of a pain, but

We had a great stay at the Yellowstone Motel! The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and clearly upgraded. The facility overall is very nice, and we especially appreciated the upgraded kennel options for animals. Making the reservation by phone took a bit longer than expected, and the self-service kiosk was a little tricky to use due to wear and tear. But those small quirks didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!

After a long day and endless searches of full hotels in Aberdeen , we took a 25 mile extra trek to this hotel having no idea what we’d find and we were prepared to even sleep in our truck if need be BUT we were so pleasantly surprised with this gem! CLEAN. Welcoming. Nice rooms. Nice gathering space / lounge with fireplace and large TV. Our 10 year old said it was the bestest place ever! Our long day ended with a delightful surprise . Highly recommend.

This was a find out in the middle of somewhere. Great attendants working this place. I would suggest online sign in as the front desk may not be around at various times. The rooms are spacious with in room services. There is short half mile drive to a full service store and gas.

Just looking for directions Google maps is wanting me to answer things I don't know yet Will be going there soon 11/10/25 - 11/13/25 nice rooms clean place all around was gone before breakfast every day, very quiet place being it is harvest time and you 150 feel off of US HWY 12 an occasional train horn but it's the season
