Yatesville Lake Cabin Rental

The Sacred Winds Yatesville Lake Cabin was super clean, quiet, and exactly as described. It is about 10 min from Yatesville Lake State Park and within driving distance of other fun things.

We stayed for 4 days between Christmas and New Year in 2024. If anything just for a break from the normal everyday madness and it was perfect. Cabin is enormous with plenty of space for all of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Beautifully furnished and well heated/ventilated and even though the weather was (as expected that time of year) kinda dull it was ideal. The hot tub was welcomed by all (apart from me as I am not into them in any way) as was the wildlife that frequented during each day. Would love to revisit during the warmer months when the trees have foliage although any time of the year I would be glad to go back. With any place for me it is the attention to detail and the personal touches that are as important as the more mundane things we expect and this by far exceeded them all, and b

Our family of four took a weekend getaway to Sacred Winds. It’s exactly how it sounds...peaceful. Our children are 8 and 5. We explored nature, played games that were provided, relaxed in the hot tub, disconnected from the world and spent lots of quality time together making memories. The owner is great to work with. The resort is maintained with cleanliness and love, from the high quality of handmade woodwork to the comfort of the beds, we felt at home. We will be back. Thank you!

My wife and two other couples stayed here this past weekend and had a blast. The cabin is awesome, tucked away on a mountain away from noise and close to Yatesville State Park where you'll find many things to do with your family. If you're a golfer, be prepared for a mountainous adventure at Eagle Ridge, which has one of the coolest holes I've ever played (#13). I'm sure you can tell by the photos, but the furniture and inside of the cabin is absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend staying here.
