Yale Hotel

We went there for the giant burger. Was disappointed. People were just outside the back door smoking. Every time the door opened there was a strong cigarette smell. Burger was very thick. Rare in the middle over cooked on the outside. Would have made a great dinner plate size burger. Restaurant was Chilly. One good point was the waitress.

The place was really nice, service was decent but could have had a more friendly server. Now the food on the other hand was flavorless, burger tastes like only hamburger meet not seasoned, alfredo had no taste at all. It's like they dont season there food or even care to make it taste good.

Great place to eat, have drinks or for just to Meet up with friends. Food is made from scratch. Separate room for party's or special events. Overnight rooms available. Friendly waitstaff. Daily food special's. Homemade soups. Price's are comparable. Stop in and give them a try.

My husband and I, along with our two children under 3yo, went here for lunch with a friend. We had been here for a night out a few years back and it was great for that. We weren’t sure it would be the best option with kids. We haven’t had good luck at any of the other restaurants in Yale so we figured we’d give it a shot. We were very happy to find out that it was also a great, family friendly restaurant. First off, the young male bartender with black hair(I regret not grabbing his name), offered to put in any kids food right away if need be. My 2 1/2 year old was already crying about being hungry and this momma forgot to bring snack. The kids food came out fast which saved us from a meltdown. Neat place! I play on a traveling pool league and this is one place we play. The place is much larger than expected. The building is a neat old place with interesting interior furnishings. It was cold in the room we were playing in so they started a fire in the real corner fireplace. A good time was had by all.
