WARNING HOSTILE BED BUGS ROACHES UNCLEAN ENVIRONMENT!!! My fiance and I were staying at this hotel that we had a reservation for, the man tried to book us for the day before on a Thursday because we showed up too early on a Friday at 7am and was very angry about it. He gave me an attitude and slamming things around as he was checking us in. He tried to say we had to check out on Saturday but I had documentation that the reservation was booked through Sunday. He wasn't happy about it. We didn't have a problem paying an early check in fee. We paid for a double bed. When I tired to ask him about it, he asked how long it would take to pack our stuff and move to a double bed. I told him less than 5 min. We got all our stuff ready to transfer from the room he tried to put us in to the room we p

Positive: It was close to the event we were in town for. Negative: Curtain rod was broken, couldn’t close them all the way, the floor was dirty, I only know this because I spilled water and wiped it up and saw how dirty the floor was, the faucet in the shower was interesting, the floor was uneven.

WORST PLACE YU COULD EVER STAY AT ! Rooms were horrible & very nasty , roaches were everywhere dirt was all over the place from them not properly cleaning. And the man that runs the front desk even worse ! He likes to get an attitude with people & yell/cuss people out for asking him to do HIS JOB ! He cusses out minors , flips ppl off , gives horrible costumer service to people. I would recommend. Im very sorry to the people who have had to stay here & deal with this insane behavior from so called business people.

The blonde lady that works front desk is disrespectful. The owners are the same. Cockroaches everywhere..rooms smell like a dead body. The housekeeper doesn't do a very good job. He looks like a bum of the street trying to make a quick buck.they disrespected my mother by calling her everything but her name. They threw all my elderly mom belongings in the dumpster and made her dig it out if she wanted to keep it....very rude service. I would die before I rent from them

Stopped one night while traveling through the area. Room was old and outdated but beds were comfortable. The property wasn't well kept and it was obvious it had alot of long term renters. It was late and we needed a place to sleep before getting back on the road or I would have gone elsewhere.
