Wyndham Midland Downtown

The hotel looks super nice from the outside. The older lady that works nights was SUPER amazing. However, the toilet didn’t flush, the AC didn’t work. Their “gift shop” was subpar. Don’t even get me started on parking. Took forever to get back inside once we parked & you had to walk down a creepy alley to get back where the doors were accessible. Will NOT be staying again. Horrible experience. And for such a nice hotel, you’d think breakfast was included. But alas, it was not. It was $15 per person. No thank you. Find a different place to stay.

The room was clean, smell good huge the only problem I had is that there were no refrigerators inside the room had to have medication that needed to be refrigerated. I would’ve been in trouble, but everything else went very well. Your staff is immaculate. They’re great people they care about their job and their customers. I hope there will be a reason for me to come back there again thank you for a great Stay

My daughter’s wedding reception was held here. The staff were exceptional, very kind, helpful and accommodating. I especially want to thank Lorina, Lizbeth, and the entire catering staff, chef, bartenders, and front desk staff for the extra effort they put forth to make the evening perfect. Food was nicely presented and outstanding. ||The hotel is older, but clean and nice. We were able to decorate the ballroom the day before so that made wedding day much easier. Rooms were clean and comfortable.||Once again, I can’t thank the staff enough. They are responsible for a perfect evening.

Positive: Very quiet easy to access. Made getting to my conference very easy. Negative: Not a bad stay just an old bulding. Could use some upgrades but was worth the money. Not dirty vary clean attentive staff and when I asked for the room to be clean they got right on it.

Place sucks, rooms and bathrooms are not as advertised, website says it has an on site restaurant (it was closed) and two bars (both were closed) and then they claimed to have a breakfast buffet for $15 each in the morning and once again they did not. The place sucks, way overhyped and over priced for what we got. They boast large rooms and spacious bathrooms, we got a barely average size room and a tiny bathroom. It also said they had a fridge they did not and a microwave, they did not. Don't stay at this hotel, find a different hotel in Midland, the LA Quinta has nicer rooms and bathrooms, and they actually offer a free full breakfast in the morning. HadbI had known how crappy this hotel was I would have recommended that my husband I stay at LA Quinta instead.
