no room service in three days, ||Very bad service, they did not clean the room, I asked the cleaning person and she said yes, At night when I returned everything was the same. I told the person at the front desk about it and he said I can give you other room, give me 20 minutes and I'll call you, almost an hour I called the front desk and left me on hold. So I when down stairs he told me all I can do is give you clean towels and sheets I had no choice but to accept, it was almost 11 at night in New York.||The last time we used this place.

Pleasantly Surprised! This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I enjoyed my planned one night stay. Everything seemed new, tidy and fresh. I felt very comfortable. What I liked most was how convenient the hotel was to highways coming in from New England. it was great place to land, and public transportation was nearby. There was no onsite parking, and they didn't seem to really have any serious recommendations, planning for parking options. If there was parking, a relationship with a nearby garage, I think this could have been a five star review.

I had booked rooms for next Thanksgiving weekend but unfortunately had to cancel yesterday due to my mother's cancer getting worse. The rooms I booked were non refundable and non cancellable which I was worried because I thought I'd lose out on any money spent and I wanted to comply with hotel policy. I called and explained the situation to the front desk employee who was extremely sympathetic and kind as I was currently dealing with an incredibly difficult time in my life and was stressed out and emotional. She listened to me and allowed me to explain my situation to the hotel manager. The manager was also very accommodating and undertanding after I explained. They were able to help me cancel my reservation without any charges or penalties. I really am thankful at how good the staff custo

Hotel is ok. Location is good. I have been staying for over 10 days. The cleaning team is very nice and hardworking. But the management team is terrible😔 and super ineffective🥴, here are some examples: 1. Always no one in reception (the 15 min note is fake); 2. Holding USD 100 credits even we left for over 20 working days and zero reply; 3. Never scheduled cleaning for the session that I'm not in hotel even I strongly request; 4. Left a super access card in my room and refused to collect (to avoid trouble, I have to bring down myself); etc. Other problems, such as air conditioning is very unstable, also very noise, no drinking water or bathroom utensils for some adhoc situations. I'll start the review by saying that the rooms were clean, and the night clerk pleasant. That said? the only reason I can think that anyone would willingly stay in this hotel is because they had a need to be near the Queens Center Mall. There were several issues during my stay - key cards needed to be re-coded 5X in 2 days, the bar "didn't have a way to make hot water" to fix hot tea, but, "Starbucks is right around the corner!". Someone had spilled something in the elevator, but, the night desk clerk said "No maintenance is here 'til the morning to clean it up" - so we stuck to the floor walking out of the elevator. Back to the bar - you can't charge drinks to your room, they had gin, but, no tonic, and no, you can't take a wineglass to the room, but, we can pour it in to plastic for
