Wyndham Garden Anna

We haven’t stayed here but have come for several events now and the staff is so nice and helpful Aaliyah is doing a great job! Anna is extremely lucky to have this hotel and staff! If y’all want to check them out they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and the bartender is top notch!

Clean rooms, great customer service. I didn't expext much from a hotel in Anna since i was just passing through but my experience was great. The hotel is modern and elegant! They have a full service bar and friendly staff. My room was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The stay started off Great with Savanna, she had great customer service and very welcoming and all around Great Customer Service but when I work up the day of check out… Bill was at the desk and it was a nightmare and the total opposite experience than what I experienced with Savanna.. I will NOT BE BACK HERE…. Bill comes off as sweet and innocent man by looks until you have to encounter him but anyways I won’t be back but want others to know of the experience.

We had a good stay at Wyndham Garden. The hotel is brand new, was nice and clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the room and beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay again. The only downside was being disturbed at 11:00am by housekeeping even though I had purchased late checkout until 1:00pm. I was informed by the front desk agent at check-in to place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but housekeeping still came into the room while my daughter and I were resting. It was uncomfortable and unexpected. I wish there was better communication between the front desk and housekeeping to avoid interruptions for guests who’ve paid for late checkout. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

My father-in-law stayed here for two nights and said it's extremely clean, their was a nice exercise place, and it was overall very nice. What you'd expect from a brand-new hotel. He didn't see any mess reported from earlier reviews, so he figured it was likely construction stuff from their soft opening (as he stayed there before their grand opening).
