Great location. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had is the power went out in the morning. Had to go to town for food when we planned to stay in. I'd have thought they would have a backup generator for the facility but no joy there. Great view. Right on the beach. Ideal location. Red Roof Munchery is good breakfast spot. Otis Cafe in Taft is too. Make a reservation for Lincoln City Glass and make your own. Super fun!
The resort is gearing up for a major remodel and it is time. While the rooms are immaculate it's time for new beds. They're coming. The staff are helpful and the pool and 2 hot tubs are used all times of the day. The game room is tidy with a pool table and ping pong and a few video games. You can also just go and watch tv or sit and chat by the fire. There is a pickleball court, basketball and tennis so plenty to keep you busy. Yesterday I watched a gray whale make his way south for about a half hour and was thoroughly entertained. Recent work to shore up the "cliff" looks stable and is now protected by a cable railing that doesn't interfere with watching the water from the hot tub.|I read in a negative review that the sliding door was so old it didn't work. There are no sliding doors at
Spacious, comfy rooms. Well stocked, roomy kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Really comfy beds with tons of pillows which I love! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Couldn't find a luggage cart when we got there & it was raining pretty hard so one of the employees at the front desk offered to go hunt one down while we stayed warm & dry. Great place to stay at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend it!!
We have come here as a family for years and it was always amazing! Sadly our last 2 stays have been terribly disappointing. The first one we wrote off as a fluke, but our most recent stay has confirmed the decline. The staff have been rude, dismissive, and pushy about trying to sell us more membership points...which honestly I was considering until we received such poor treatment. We paid extra points for a more "desirable" room and some how ended up in the back parking lot basement again. It had a bad smell, crummy view, broken window that wouldn't open, and the TV in the living room didn't work. We asked if any other rooms open up during our week long stay if they could move us to one of those rooms. They said no one is checking out during that time in our "category" of room. It just fee
This is a timeshare property. Beautiful location with most units facing the ocean. Easy access to the beach via stairs. Tide tables are provided to ensure you don't get caught when high tide rolls in.
