WorldMark Branson

We went while it was off season but it was very peaceful. The room we rented was basically a one bedroom suite, with a second bed in the living room, which was a queen Murphy bed. Definitely would recommend 👌

We arrived around 6p.m. My boyfriend walked up to the door which was locked, rang the bell. At that time a security officer came up and stood outside the door next to him. The office people answered the bell as they continued to sit at their desk. Without even asking for his name or if he had a reservation they told him he was at the wrong place. The security officer told him they have multiple hotels in the area and continued to give him directions. As he was speaking with her a lady walked up and they let her in. He got back in the truck and told me we were at the wrong place. I handed him the print off of the directions and the reservation information. He got back out (the security officer, still waiting on us to pull away) showed her the paper and then was let in. The woman who walked

It was ok. I've been an owner since 2005 and it hasn't changed much other than no hot tubs on the balconies anymore which is really sad, that used to be a highlight of the stay. Had a few issues in the unit which cause a little inconvenience. Staff was great. Easy check-in & out.

I absolutely love this place, the only thing I wasn't fond of was how far it is from shopping (but most hotels are) and that there is only an outdoor pool. May be fine during the hot weather but we visited in the chilly fall. I would also like the rooms to individually heat and cool. Some rooms were warmer or cooler than others. Aside from that, though, no complaints. Everytime there was an issue, they showed up almost immediately to assist. I've had to wait hours at other hotels before, but not here and boy was that nice. They also gave us a little care package with coupons and have special discounts for shows and other things in Branson. Rooms are lovely and well, roomy. The lack of elevators can be tricky but I understand that technically these are condos. Oh, I do love the new bracelet

Our stay at WorldMark at Branson was extremely disappointing due to a serious cleanliness issue. Late one evening, we discovered bed bugs on the shower curtain in our unit. This was alarming and completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted the help desk around 11:30 p.m. to report the issue. Unfortunately, we were told there was nothing they could do at that time and that a manager would be emailed. No alternative accommodations, inspection, or immediate assistance was offered. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to cut our trip short. We were staying with family and friends and had activities planned for another full day, all of which had to be canceled. This was especially frustrating and disappointing right before Christmas. A situation like this should be handled with
