Upscale European design meets true southern hospitality! My wife and I celebrated our 28 year anniversary weekend here. We did a out it all, kayaking, skeet clay trap shooting, walking trails, horse encounter, in suite massage, and of course unforgettable food wine and service!! There we no menu for any meal, but we never were disappointed!!! Every meal and interaction was above 5 star level. Want an amazing nature filled, farm to table exquisite experience this is the place to come to! Can not say enough good things about the service staff here, and amazing team!!

The juice is worth the squeeze. Intuitive hospitality, exquisite attention to detail, personal and professional service. The suite was immaculate—intelligently designed achieving excellence without over indulging opulence. The property’s natural beauty shines as the staff curate and steward the land, livestock and resources culminating in a relationship of restaurant, ranch and retreat. Are there things I would do differently? Are there improvements to be made? Perhaps. There were too many things to love to focus on what was not to love. Hospitality done the right way. We hope to return again someday. Thanks to the staff who made the experience top notch.

This was our first chance to experience both Quercus and Uberto and even now it's difficult to describe our time there. We walked through the garden and then hours later were served a meal unlike any other we've had. We'd never felt like we were in a friends kitchen while experiencing dishes so wildly imaginative yet soulful and then all presented as pieces of art. We have a young child so we rarely sleep past six and when we woke up and asked what time it was it was nearly nine. The comfort and attention to detail were unmatched. This is for people who need a total unplug from day to day life and experience what quiet, service, and masterful food can do for you.

My husband and I loved our stay here! Easy to get to from Atlanta, but it feels a world away. We enjoyed the time to truly unplug and be taken care of. The team here is wonderful, welcoming and their attention to every detail is unmatched.
