moved here in a pinch for the cheap rent. the pros: cost, views, and being out in nature. the cons: literally everything else. The roaches in the house alone were hazardous enough. There were so many that I often spent time sleeping or sitting in my car to avoid them. I’m assuming the previous tenants were heavy smokers, because the nicotine would drip from the walls in the summer time or anytime we cooked. eventually we completely stopped eating or prepping food in the house because of bugs and nicotine dripping in the food. i’m talking, we kilzed this place 3 times, and the nicotine still bled through. I currently have been living here for over 3 years and it’s a hell hole. I personally would rather live at my parents if it was an option. Neighbors are junked out. Landlord is a slum lord who creates charges for literally nothing. Maintenance man tries but he is sick and old so it’s hard for him to do anything.

I paid $675 deposit plus $675 rent. Its a month to month lease so i moved out before July 1st. I left the place cleaner than when i moved in. I asked for my damage deposit back and John Phillips the owner said he was mailing it. Instead i received a letter saying i owed him money. It was full of lies. Anyways if he can live with it, i can live without it.

Horrible never lived their only visited and the landlord is always trying to kick people out even take them to court when they can prove they paid the rent don't do it also the places are covered in roaches and termites he is not a good person to rent from

I've lived here for 7 months and it's been a nice experience.
