Woodstream Campsite

We love camping at Woodstream! They always have fun weekends with crafts, other activities and a hayride for the children. The owners are accommodating when we book our site with our camper. The stream is awesome to float down or have a duck race. The pool is great and so are the people. We also learned there is a Dollar Store that is 10 minutes away if you forget something that they don't have in the store. It's one of our favorite spots to go camping.

We visit Woodstream almost every year. We love the creekside sites and #100 is the premium site with all day shade but hard to get. We took advantage of their stay 4 nights and get the 4th night free and went from Monday through Thursday checking out on Friday and it was quieter and even though the water was too low to tube we truly enjoyed the beautiful inground pool. We even needed a longer hose to hook up to the water and the owner provided one for us. They are very friendly and keep the campground very well maintained. They have a very nice store and keep it well stocked. I highly recommend it for couples and families. We have stayed on sites #100, 127, 127&1/2, #104and #46 all on the water. We have stayed at Woodstream twice this year and both times it was wonderful. Clean, quiet and very accommodating. It is so well maintained and if you forget anything their store has it all! The owners are kind and responsive and you can tell they love what they do! The grounds are beautiful to walk, with a peaceful babbling brook and breathtaking sunsets and it's minutes from some beautiful hikes and Amish stores - you can't go wrong with a getaway here!

Haven't been to Woodstream in about 4 years, in which time they have made many improvements under new owners. The new inground heated pool is beautiful and conveniently located, the store is all new and includes a small café with soft ice cream and a beautiful outdoor patio with seating. Next to the new patio is a food truck offering breakfast, lunch and dinner items in case you don't feel like cooking! They've added a brand new castle playground in addition to a nice wood style one they already have. Also added Gaga ball and lots of kids activities, crafts, candy bar bingo, etc. The entertainment is far above years past too! Stayed in the cabin "Pines" for the Halloween event. It was very clean. Little to no bugs. Easy walk down the hill to the restrooms. I used my phone light and made the trip there and back safely, as a woman, alone, at 2am and felt very safe. Check in was super fast and easy. Check out was leaving the keys in a box. Definitely booking again next year!
