Room wasn't ready at 6 pm when I arrived. I had no hot water and was not told that the hot water heaters were not working. Bed was as hard as laying on the floor. There was stuff, like dirt and debris, on the floor throughout. The toilet seat was dirty. The shower head didn't work. No curtains to block the light. Someone's dog barked all day one day. I work nights and only stayed there because of the winter storm so I could make it to work and back all weekend. The plow drivers literally plowed my vehicle into where i was parked and I had to dig out. All in all it was a terrible experience. When I mentioned the hot water and shower to "Jeff" he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I work in a hospital. All I wanted was a nice warm shower and a soft bed and I couldn't get any of

My experience at this property was absolutely awful. The place was overrun with roaches crawling on the walls, floors, counters—everywhere you looked. I even had to store my dishes, silverware, and any unpacked items inside the refrigerator and freezer just to keep them from getting infested. That alone should tell you the kind of conditions guests are being asked to live in.The management was just as bad as the cleanliness. The woman claiming to be the manager (a blonde who actually lives on the property) was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She talked down to guests, then tried to smooth things over by calling people “honey” or “sweetie,” as if that made her behavior acceptable.This isn’t just a matter of inconvenience — it’s a health and safety issue. Positive: "" Negative: Roaches on the floor as soon as we walked in. Very soft spot on the floor near AC unit. Immediately went back to front desk and informed employee who assured us manager would refund. Manager was later rude and refused to refund.

The location is close to restuarant and grocery store but it's a dated hotel and they have kitchenette so you get to smell what everyone else is cooking some good most bad

One of the best overnight stays I’ve had in a long time! The manager was super helpful! Customer service is spot on and the rooms are clean. There’s so much to do in walking distance. One of my favorites is Miyabi the sushi restaurant right next-door. 10 of 10 recommend!
