WoodSpring Suites Palm Springs - West Palm Beach

I travel up to 100 times a year and I have stayed at plenty of extended stay hotels and this one was interesting to say the least. It is a new location, opened after thanksgiving 2025. It is VERY basic and barebones. They have all these cabinets that are all empty. Here is a list of missing items that any basic hotel should have: No dishes in the rooms, you have to pay for that feature. No shampoo in the room. No tissues No hand towels No Coffee maker No ice bucket Blankets on bed are paper thin No luggage rack so there's no place to put your bag but on the floor. one roll of toilet paper. (God help you if you run out, and you will) The A/C is sensor driven and will turn off in the middle of the night. Then will only turn back on when it decides to. Why give the option of a kitchenette and

Wow! This place is AMAZING! Everything is so new & clean. You can SMELL the cleanliness in the air of the room 🤩 The WiFi worked great in the room I was staying, on 3rd floor. I will say that I was here for 1 week maybe 2 and I brought a lot of my own cookware from my travel bus. I’m glad I did because this place doesn’t provide their own even though as listed as extended stay. Aside from that everything was phenomenal from the cleanliness of the room, the TVs provided in the room, the TALL FRIDGE, and clean crisp AC- AMAZING!!!! The bathtub had clean seal, no mold, water residue or mildew smell- NONE. All amenities were clean as if brand new. NO stains on the walls or furniture- NONE. The bed is sealed in a protective seal and the blankets, pillows, mattress provided is very comfortable.

This is truly one of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed in. I don’t think there is any insulation. It is like the people above me are coming through the ceiling. I lived in a garden apartment in Chicago for a number of years and this is comparable. You can literally hear everything. Bring earplugs. You will definitely need them. Also you get a “suite” with a full kitchen and nothing to use in it. Not even disposable anything. Just book an Airbnb. Honestly. I only stayed here bc the hotel where my coverage was sold out.

I’m giving one star, and that’s purely for cleanliness since the hotel is brand new and spotless. Unfortunately, my stay was otherwise very unpleasant. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and you could feel the springs through the surface, which made it difficult to sleep. At 4 am I reached out to the front desk for extra pillows and was informed that my request couldn’t be accommodated. I had to call them back several times to complain , where they eventually gave me 1 extra pillow. I mentioned how uncomfortable the beds were and the response i got was , why didnt I mention anything before. The ac did not work either. I put it on 60• annd it anas hot annd muggy. Overall Does experience lacked basic customer service and professionalism. I hope Corporate addresses these issues mov

By far the best long term stay hotel brand and location. Ginelle is a great manager and it trickles down to her staff. Addy is great and the front desk Stephanie is knowledgeable. Robert handles overnight like a well trained CIA agent lol this team is well groomed and can handle everything!!! Will definitely be back. Utensils, wake up calls and etc offered upon request.
