Pros:|- Very friendly staff.|- Strong stream from shower head.|- Full kitchen with full-size refrigerator.|Cons:|- No lobby.|- Front desk closes each night.|- No breakfast.|- No hand towels in our room.|- Saw small water roach above the shower the first night we were there.|- Toilet took forever to fill and once got stuck.|- No daily changing of linens and towels, yet we were charged $1.43 each day for extra linen service. That's not much, but why??? Were we supposed to take our linens and towels and exchange them at the front desk each day (we stayed 3 nights)?|- My husband's side of the bed made funny noises when he got in and out of bed.

The smell in the hotel was bad. The smell in the room was worse. The noise in the hotel was hard to sleep through. And they advertised free wifi but then you had a plackard in your room telling you to log in to the wifi to purchase your data plan. People yelling all in their rooms and halls. The front desk staff were nice enough but the very slow and never at the desk. You usually had to call a number to get someone. Very slow check in due to having to wait for someone. Plus this hotel has a smoking floor.but apparently everyone smokes anywhere they want. Also, I decided to leave the hotel due to the conditions and they doubled my room rate for the days I had already stayed because i was supposedly given a rate based on me being there more days. Pretty shady in my opinion. So I

Very kind and wonderful staff! Janet, the front lady, was very kind throughout my stay. She would always greet us whenever we would go out/come back. I also had to extend my stay very last minute, but Janet was able to help me out through the process. Overall, it's perfect for staying for couple of nights.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Got in late, was checked in quickly. Room was very clean and had everything that I needed. Doors are soft close so you hear almost NOTHING from down the hall or anywhere else. Great price. If you gotta be in Midland, this is a good place to stay.
