WoodSpring Suites Miami Southwest

Last week we stayed at this hotel. The room very small, no hot water, the bed small for 2 people (placed almost against the wall and the floor was "sticky". and only two pillows for both of us. We paid for our dog (wich we knew had to do it) but they charge close to $222.00 for this amazing room. So I wouldn't recommend it, first time with an experience like that.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has won any awards. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, everything was a mess. We had to do everything ourselves — even bring down dirty towels to get replacements. The towels were filthy, the sheets were stained, and the service was non-existent.||They don’t clean your room unless you stay for two weeks or more. After 9 PM, the lobby closes, and you have to call a number if you need help — completely unacceptable for a place calling itself a hotel. The entire building smells awful, and the cleaning products they use are so strong and unpleasant, they literally made us feel nauseous when walking through the halls.||We also thought breakfast was included, and when I asked, an employee said: “That’s what th

Room was over priced. Dingy. Musty. Mildewy. Cockroaches. The tv remote was broken. Hotel unable to replace. Ordered a pizza. Front desk accepted it and never told me it was delivered. I went to the front desk and asked if a pizza came and he said oh yeah. An hour after! Never again.

Positive: Hotel employee was amazing. He was very pleasant & friendly when I checked in. He answered all my questions. Great asset to your property. Negative: The room is in desperate need of an update. Could also use better pillows, a blanket/comforter and a luggage stand. I had to put my suitcase on top of the stove.

Excellent stay at Woodspring Suites! My experience was truly pleasant. The hotel is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The service at the front desk was outstanding — Karel and Destiny were extremely professional, kind, and always willing to help. Their customer service made my stay even better. Highly recommended!
