WoodSpring Suites Denver Commerce City

This place is own by a family, THEY SAY ON THE WEB RESERVATION THEY ALLOWED CATS AND WHEN WE WHERE DOING THE CHECK INN THEY DID NOT LET US STAY AT THE HOTEL , that honestly it didn’t age me any good vibes. Now I will see if I don’t have problems with the reimbursement of my money.

WoodSpring Suites was amazing for us. It was the cleanest hotel that we've ever stayed at. It was set up to be like an apt, so even though we're there for 2 weeks, it was as close as possible to being like home. It was attractive, cozy, and was all good quality furniture, bed, etc. and it was one of the cheapest rates that we had seen. Staff was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel, even if you need it to be a long-term stay. It's low cost and it's amenities made coming to Denver for health care a more do-able option.

if you enjoy your room smelling like urine than this is the perfect place for you to stay. staff was nice but had problems with our rooms, the first room they gave us was still being occupied, the second room we got moved to smelt like urine and had black stains or burn marks in the sink, when we told the staff about our issue they moved us to a different room. by this point we felt uncomfortable staying in the hotel so we walked to the front desk(bags still packed) and said it wouldnt work for us. the front desk worker was nice and said we would get a reimbursement for our troubles but a few days later we get sent a receipt that the reimbursement was sent to another card not ours. When we called the customer service a lady said they would make a note on it, We called the hotel to let th

Staff has been extremely helpful and courteous. No, the rooms don't come stocked like most hotels. But if you need trash bags or towels they'll hook you up if you ask the front desk staff during daylight hours. There is laundry on sight, a place to work out, and the best part? If you're quiet and mind your own business, everyone else does the same, including staff members! Oh, if you don't like the homeless camps EVERYWHERE AROUND THE DENVER METRO AREA, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 🙄

Stayed for 6nights. The room was clean and looked newer with only towels and toilet paper as amenities.I asked for the receipt when checking out the man at the front desk asked for my email because the printer was broken. Never received my receipt instead I was charged $48 without explanation.
