I've never had such a bad experience anywhere. I booked two rooms for my family so we could rest after a wedding in the area. We went to check in at 4 pm. Of the six of us staying, only four were there; the other two were my parents, who are elderly and whom we told to go ahead to the wedding while we checked in. The girl who checked us in asked for our IDs. I explained that the other two people were our elderly parents, and we had sent them ahead to the wedding while we came to check in. She put all four IDs under one room and told me that the second room would be checked in when the other two people arrived. I told her they were at the wedding and asked her to please put two IDs under one room and the other two under another so they would be ready. She refused and told me to call the fro

Due to hardship we had to stay here for a little over a year. From day one the staff was super friendly and understanding. They went above and beyond for use and made us feel welcome and safe. It felt like a family there. We would all look out for one another. I will never forget what yall have done for my family and I!!! Rooms are the best they can be for the amount you pay,it’s a deal tbh. Overall if you need a safe place to stay whether it’s long term or short, they will take care of you!

I would not stay here again. The check-in area was the opposite of welcoming. The door keys were extremely finicky (I believe we tried 2 keys about 10 times each before finally getting lucky). The room was lacking in such basics as Kleenex and a hook in the shower area to hang clothing, etc. and smelled like a dog had been living there. I was not planning on using the "kitchen", but if I had there would have been NOTHING to use - no pots/pans, utensils, plates, anything. Even the luggage rack that we used to haul up our luggage was of poor quality - it literally fell apart at the top by the time we got it to our room. On the plus side: The check-in lady was nice and friendly. The room was clean (other than the dog smell). The location was convenient. The price was right. [Review collected

Positive: The room was big and a full kitchenette, the lady working the desk was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY NICE!! Negative: I rated it low because I had to kill 2 roaches on the wall and on the floor, the room looked nice and clean, but I couldn't sleep worrying about more roaches, although I don't see anymore!!!

We had a costume party to attend in Conroe, so this was close to the location and the room was cheap so it served our purposes. The front desk Gal was very sweet and helpful to everyone she encountered including myself, the room was clean, very basic, but it was just fine, for the price, I wasn't expecting much. There are several residents here and those we ran into were kind, friendly and pleasant. I'm giving 5 stars based on our experience for this particular property and what we needed it for, it is not a Holiday Inn nor Hilton, but if you need a clean, quiet place to lay your head, this is it. We will definitely stay here again next year, thank y'all for the hospitality.
