I would do laundry, TO FIND OUT THEY WOULD TAKE OUR CLOTHES OUT AND PUT THEM IN GARBAGE BAGS AND SIT THEM ON THE FLOOR! Very rude front desk and no customer service, don’t let the smile fool you! We were moving out of state, and my wife booked our stay for the first time here, and we were very disappointed. Traveling Military families, be warned. The Property as a whole needs improvement: cleanliness inside and out – room floor is sticky, couldn't walk in socks or barefoot, and room and hallway smell weird. This hotel has bugs, and they say they will spray, then don't. There was litter in the hotel parking lots and on the lawns. Used condoms littering the back parking lot, broken glass, and trash cans overfilled. I wasn't going to leave a review, but I was expecting a call from the manager about a possible refund for my stay, but since I never received one and I am remembering how terrified I was sleeping with lights on, I thought I might just give a heads up to other travelers. This hotel definitely has roaches, some people may be okay with that, but seeing them crawling in the fridge and on the tub was too much for me. I had nowhere to go and so I slept with the lights on, but decided to check out early the next night, unfortunately I was told since I stayed the first night I could not get a refund, and that's okay. The staff is amazing, but the room I had roaches crawling from the moment I walked in.

The first room she gave me smelled like pee. The second room had dirt on floor and dirty blood stain spots all over the walls. Only one stove eye worked.
