WoodSpring Suites Ceres - Modesto

This hotel opened in May. Its Jan26 so still very new. Stayed just one quick night with my bf. King suite has a full bathtub and nice large mirror vanity. Roomy room. Extra couch pulls out i believe. Micro, 2 burner induction stovetop, FULL fridge and I nice large sink as well. No cookware, there is a Walmart across the way if needed. Extremely close to the freeway. You hear it. Tons of food around, gas and shops. There is an on-site gym which I thought was cool. I didn't check out any pool or anything, it's January. 1st stay, 5stars. Staff was pleasant and helpful, the property is clean. The room was great.

Lovely staff and very helpful! Was concerned from reading the reviews but they assured me everything was all good and it was! Loved the full fridge, big space in there! Very clean room and hotel overall, will go here again for sure! Bed wasn’t as uncomfy as I had thought and definitely gave me a good night’s rest as well. And if youre like me who loves a good ac, the ac they have gets u to the temperature you set within a few minutes I was impressed. 10/10!

Room is spacious, comfy bed. Large size fridge, electric cooktop (but NO pots, pans, utensils, dishes or silverware?) laundry basket (laundry room on 1st floor). Front desk was very nice. Well lit location with a good assortment of food choices nearby in walking distance, Starbucks too. BUT!! THE ROOM WAS SO HIGHLY FRAGRANT THAT I WENT TO BED AT 10PM AND BY 1AM I HAD SUCH A MIGRAINE & FELT NAUSEOUS AND MY THROAT HURT. (I'M NOT USUALLY SENSITIVE TO SMELLS, BUT THIS WAS TOO MUCH) THAT I GRABBED THE BLANKETS & PILLOWS OFF THE BED AND SLEPT IN MY YUKON! (I go backpacking alot & thankfully I had my sleep pad in there.) To be noted: I turned off the fan system in the room when I first arrived to my room, (thinking it was scented air filters, nope!) Opened the window (only a 3 in opening) eve

My boyfriend and I come here a lot. It’s definitely like our home away from home. The staff is amazing, the rooms are nice and always clean, and the location is perfect. The room has a full sized fridge, a microwave, and a stovetop. There is also free WiFi and a gym on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ceres.

They charged my card 250 9 days after checked out. It has over drawn my account and left me penny less. They said I smoked in the room but I am on oxygen so I don't know how that would be possible. I will never say a good word about them.
