WoodSpring Suites Baltimore White Marsh - Nottingham

Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and in acceptable repair for my one night stay. There was really nothing provided that was not essential. There was toilet paper and bath towels and (1) plastic cup. There were no tissues, no hands towels or face cloths, no soap, no shampoo. There is a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery or tools of any kind. It seems these are available for an additional fee according to the sign in the room. TV seems to have no access to the outside world at all. The bedding was clean and comfort except the (2) pillows together were worth one decent one. Not horrible but I would likely choose a place with more creature comforts in future.

I've been to this hotel a few times, and if or when I need to get away this I where we go, the rooms are nice the staff is very nice. A big plus is they let you check out the room before you pay and if there's a problem, (which it's usually not) they will give you a different room. This is by far one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

My continuing stay has been great for the most part, especially the staff. They are always friendly and very attentive to whatever you need. Since I work mostly in the afternoon and evenings a lot of my interaction are with the night time and overnight staff. All three women that usually work during those times are such a pleasure to deal with. They are all very friendly, always say hello and ask if there is anything that I need. I want to give a specific shout out to Lania and Joanna since they are who I deal with the most. They are both very attentive and easy to talk to. They make me feel welcome and valued no matter what time of night. They always ask if there is anything I need or if they can do anything to make my stay better. I can't tell you how refreshing that sort of treatment is

Positive: The location and customer service received from the staff Negative: Investment needs to be placed with updates to the rooms. The pictures make the rooms appear much larger then they actually are. There's no comfort in the Mattress or pillows and the linen is very low cotton thread. Detail cleaning of rooms is needed.

The room was wonderful very clean. Tge staff was wonderful very helpful and kind. I want to especially give a shout to Darrel, Dwight, Latoya, and Adam. They always had a smile, they make you feel welcome and like family. I will definitely come back and recommend to my family friends. This hotel is the BEST !! I want to thank everyone for making comfortable staying here.
