The most beautiful place to have a wedding and reception!! Whitney made everything so simple and wonderful!! Everything from the Lodge, tiny house and reception barn was exceptional. The price for a weekend stay including 20 people and exclusive use of the entire premises was the lowest of any place we called. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!

The lodge was the most beautiful venue for my recent wedding! I had family coming in from all over and the accommodations exceeded all of our expectations! If you’re planning a wedding or any kind of function, I would highly recommend contacting Whitney at the Woodland Lodge for a tour!

This was our 10th year for our group. We call it Stress Relief Weekend. Woodland Lodge and surroundings are perfect for a medium to large group. Everything you need is there. It is great dealing with Whitney who solved a couple of issues this year very quickly. You will not find better accommodations, area, activities, or a caretaker for this many people - we had 23 of us. We will be here again next year god willing.

We went to celebrate New Years here, they lied and said they had 18 bedrooms. There weren’t as many bedrooms as there was supposed to be. Very small bedrooms unlike shown in pictures. The house smelled bad. People in 4 bedrooms had to use one bathroom when told otherwise on the second floor. Water got cold easily. The lights and electricity went out a few times. We did not like this place. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

The owner of the house was very disrespectful texted us after our stay about having too much garbage and saying we weren’t good vistors . We told them that we were a large group and we asked if there was 18 rooms for everybody and she she claimed there were but they were only 10 rooms that was not enough for us. We were in a total of 11 families with kids. I would like to say there was no hot water. The carpet had a really nasty smell. The light would just turn off at no reason, they wouldn’t let us do fireworks because apparently they don’t have a license for it since it was the day of New Year’s. They claim that we had a lot of garbage that was lying around. If I could’ve rated, I would’ve rated a zero I would not recommend it to anybody.
