Winstead Beach Resort

Stayed at the Winstead Inn for 3 nights. This was a beautiful place to stay, central location on the cape, so it is easy access in either direction to many points of interest. The Inn itself is lovely, extremely well kept, immaculate, tastefully decorated. The breakfast was perfect, loved the egg bath to make soft boiled eggs in. Nice muffins and croissants: yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal. The landscaping is beautiful, and the heated saltwater pool a plus. We loved everything about this charming inn.

A truly fabulous gem of a find, the Inn Beach Resort! Excellent and helpful staff, laid back atmosphere at this wonderful beach front Inn. Lovely beach, porch and decks on the shores of Harwich Port Nantucket Sound. Walk to many nearby restaurants. We love this place. It's obvious the owners do too and it shows!

Wonderful Stay! We spent 3 nights with Winstead Inn on Parallel Street over Labor Day weekend. The grounds are beautiful with attention being paid to colorful landscaping and privacy. The common areas and room were very clean and attractive. We stayed in the Pool Suite which had a large deck overlooking the pool area. It had a large seating area and kitchen. Because it is an older building the stairs are narrow but manageable. If you have difficulty with stairs it might not be the room for you. A benefit of staying at the Inn is that you have access to their pool but if you prefer a beach day you can use their Beach Resort location which is very nice as well. Their pool is heated - i went in at 5PM when the weather was a bit cloudy and 69 degrees and it was wonder

Our stay was wonderful! Clean and charming accommodations, friendly staff, and the location right on the beach can’t be beat. Loved the chairs and umbrellas both on the private beach and back patio. The owners thought of all the little touches so you have everything you need for a nice family get-away. Loved that we were with walking distance to town for local shopping, delicious eateries and cute coffee shops. Very relaxing — we’ll definitely be back!

The location was perfect. Right on the beach with many patio tables and loungers. The back porch has several rocking chairs which faced the water. Great to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms were roomy and very clean. Breakfast was included and had a good variety. Will definitely go again when in area.
