Clean, quiet and very well managed!! Owners are very easy to work with and very nice people!! Don is an amazing grounds keeper!! I have been here for several years and it’s home to me!

The man running the place is real nice but real firm about your RV that everything works. Don't go over there try to fix your RV while you're in an RV spot at this place. We did not have that issue but others have. Other than that it's clean and hassle-free and drama-free. Loads of cats on site that are rescues from everywhere, and are fed daily by Manager. Small dogs ok only on leash as not to upset the cats. No WiFi no laundry no frills. Spots are small and very close together, especially for multiple slides. RVs presently parked there are not Brand New so if you have an older model in good working condition you got a 50\50 chance, call and speak to manager (Donnie). Approx. 500 rent. Good travels frenz! Best monthly rates in the Lake Charles area. Don, the property manager, is a retired Marine Veteran with a heart of gold. There isn't much for amenities, no laundromat, no showers or restrooms, nothing really other than full hookups, but amenities are located nearby. You can order AT&T or satellite for high speed internet, they're the only area providers but you're looking at a contract.

One star is too many! Not a quiet place to stay, kinda trashy also. My camper was broken into while I went home for the weekend. The owner didn't care they only were worried if I was paying for another month.

Nice and quiet.like I like it. No refund if you leave before time is up but you get credit for a year if you have days left.
