Wingate by Wyndham St. Louis Airport

Stayed the night before flying out the next morning. When I got there gentlemen working was super friendly and helpful. I checked in on phone prior to arriving. They had my key ready. Super clean and bed was very comfortable! They have free parking. Easy walk to BBQ place which had great food.

I travel for work and have had such pleasant interactions with every staff member especially Ayannah. So nice, very clean and quiet rooms, parking is great, free breakfast. Being a woman traveler, safety is my priority. I feel very safe at this hotel. The only comment I have is there is a new manager on the property named Sean that is not friendly. I made a simple request and he just cut me off. I have already experienced kind and warm customer service from all the staff before this last visit so it's centered on this specific manager Sean. Other than Sean my stay was awesome.

Fantastic stay! Ayannaah was absolutely wonderful. She helped me with my check-in needs and made me feel right at home. I truly felt like a valued customer. Airport shuttle was great and staff was top notch!

The hotel was lovely and secure. The staff was professional, kind, helpful, and understanding. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed. I stayed there both the night before my flight out of Lambert, and the night I returned (morning, technically - my flight didn't arrive until 1:30a), and the bed, bedding, and pillows were so nice & so comfortable. After discovering that the first night, I was SO looking forward to getting back & sleeping in that bed, it actually felt like I was coming home. I'm not even exaggerating! I'm seriously considering contacting them to find out what brand the mattress and pillows are so that I can have them at home! To everyone at the Wingate by Wyndham St. Louis Lambert Airport, I sincerely thank you!!!
