Windsor Mansion Inn

Set atop a beautiful mountain is the most gorgeous bed and breakfast i have ever seen. Andy the innkeeper was so nice and accommodating he made sure our stay was a memorable experience. From the breathtaking views to our delicious breakfast every part of this home was more than I could have ever imagined. Andy was so helpful and such a sweet person to talk to, he made it feel as though we had know each other for years. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home and I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Hands down the most disrespectful and inhospitable Inn I have ever stayed at. The inn keeper seems nice, but if you are not to their liking they will turn on you on a dime. My wife and I booked a room here for our wedding night. Beautiful location, My wife and her bridesmaids were there to get ready on our wedding day, but the inn keeper flipped out because the bridesmaids were not staying at the Inn. They proceeded to freak out and lock us out of the room without refunding us for the night. My then fiancee calmly left but, the inn keeper ran out to the parking lot to yell at her while she was holding her wedding dress on our wedding day. I can only describe it as pure evil. It's a beautiful place to stay with great hosts and some deep history. Recommend staying even just to have one-night experience in an older mansion with so much history. The hosts are excited to show you what it has to offer. It was a snow storm (of sorts!)when we arrived and we were happy to be stuck inside after a short trip into the 2 stop-light town of Winsdor!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Windsor mansion inn! This was our “home base” for exploring Vermont, and it was perfect. The mansion is beautiful with lots of character, and the rooms are very reasonably priced. Andy took excellent care of all the guests and paid great attention to detail! The breakfast each morning was simple but delicious, comfortable beds, WiFi worked well, and the food in the pub was good too! We would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for a night on a ski trip and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The property itself is beautiful and, and the rooms/beds are clean and comfortable. The service was especially excellent. Andy went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. Highly recommend staying here.
