This was the worse rehab I ever put my mother in. They never call you back any of them !! They treated my mother horrible sitting in her diaper for over two hours. Avoided call light, left her sleep in wet clothes ! I would never Recommends this place to know one. You put your loved ones in rehab to be tooking care of not to be treated as crap. They couldnt wait to get rid of her wouldn't even let her go to her room to gather her stuff had had someone go up and pack it! Please don't put your loved one in here!

Just Reading these reviews with a 2 stars this is really sad that some employees would treat seniors or disabled patients in such a way , apparently they aren't train or careless, how could you dare treat people like that thats bedridden, or just not able to take care of themselves, make that make sense , IT'S ASHAME , if a patient can't talk they're being mistreated as well, l wouldn't do a dog the way nursing homes treat people, better be careful how you treat people, God sees it all believe that, that's ridiculous

I was very pleased with the care my mother received during rehabilitation therapy. Everyone was very nice and professional. They were very helpful if I had a question. Her floor on the 4th floor was clean and did not smell of urine. I constantly heard positive praises from the employees to the patients throughout the facility. The therapist were especially motivating. They told their clients to keep up the good work. I visited other places to finally find this one and I am relieved and feel blessed to get her in the Windsor. If you are nice to others then they will be nice to you. Some people are not very nice and maybe this is why they feel they didn't get the service they wanted for their loved one. I hope this helps you.....

STOP, don’t do it! Only if I had read the reviews and listened to them. I put my mother in this nice-looking facility and ended up losing my mother due to these people incompetence. Honestly, I wouldn’t even let my dog Diamond come here. I don’t even know where to begin on how horrible the care was here for my mother. I regret to this day that I ever brought my mother here. She might still be alive if I hadn’t made the biggest mistake of my life. Please I beg you don’t make the same error I did, because of its appearance seem like a nice place to have your loved one. However, it will turn out to be your worst nightmare! Very unprofessional. This place deserves NO Stars, just horrible, which is an understatement. Currently, filing a complaint with the IL department of Health as well.

Only leave loved ones that can talk! The beautiful entrance with Waterfalls is a deception to fool people. My mother called me and family members every nite/evening and on weekends. Nobody would answer call lights, she would have to bang on the bedside table and still nobody would come, we called the main number and someone would answer on a different floor Nurses station each time then claim to transfer but always cut us off, the food was terrible even the lettuce in the salads were wilted. The bathroom doors are heavy and toll, after pushing her into the bathroom nobody would answer the call light so Again she would Bang on the door, then call Family, we would call and usually Nobody answered at the Nurses station. Don't let beautiful looks make you think it's a great place
