Wind in the Willows

Wind in the Willows was the perfect place for us to stay during our daughter's wedding weekend. Lesley and Bob welcomed us warmly (loved the muffins!) and made sure we were aware of nearby breakfast options. We stayed in the Mary Davies room which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The mini fridge and Keurig were much appreciated too. Highly recommend!

A nicely remodeled and spotlessly clean room. Very nice people - responsive and concerned to see that our stay was enjoyable. In a small village, with good choices for breakfast and dinner within easy walking distance.

Lesley and Bob run a great inn! It is right in the middle of town and accessible to a few restaurants/bars. I was hosting my daughter’s wedding at Blenheim Hill Farm and we used Wind in the Willows to house family members for the weekend. We also booked their barn for a farewell brunch for guests the morning after the wedding (it’s a great space and we brought our own food/drink in). I highly recommend Wind in the Willows.

Found a precious gem in the Wind and Willows. Bob and his wife were breath of fresh air, as they are among some of the kindest folk I've met up north. The building is a radiant artifact from another time. It's had some VERY nice work done on the inside, and I'm absolutely certain you will be as impressed with it as I was. The energy of the artwork accentuates the already palpable aura of this place. It just feels great to be there. Best place my job has ever put me up in. For sure I'll be returning and excited to do so!

My aunt and I stayed in the suite recently. It was such a wonderful experience. It's much, much better than a hotel. The owners were very kind. The rooms were updated and beautifully decorated. The bed was soft and comfortable. The towels were fluffy and smelled wonderful. The kitchen in the suite was well stocked with cooking items, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, drinks in the fridge, and a welcome bag of snacks. There were delicious homemade blueberry muffins waiting for us. There is a restaurant just steps away, which was so convenient for breakfast. This was a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
