Excellent house! 10 rooms, 7 bathrooms, indoor pool, great basement. 10/10 would recommend. Basement, huge dining room table seats 20+, upstairs too.

We had a lovey stay between Christmas and New year! 24 of us- 17 adult; 7 kids between 3 to 10 years; one infant. The pool was a fantastic hit with both adults and kids. The doors to it had high chains that required an adult to open, so safety is addressed. 10 nice bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. Lots of beds. Comfortable and private. The kitchen had a center island that allowed us to work together from all 4 sides. We also chose to serve from the island for all of our meals. The "conference room" was our main dining and games room. Also had some fun presentations and online group games in conference room - large screen TV with excellent sound. Last Christmas our extended family -- 12 adults plus 10 children ages 4 to16 -- stayed at the Winchester Guest House for four nights and had a wonderful time. It was the perfect solution to spending Christmas together now that the family has grown too big for any one house to host. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable and homey atmosphere, with plenty of public spaces for group activities and private spaces for rest. We felt very much at home there. The kitchen was well outfitted to allow us to cook our favorite holiday meals, and the kids especially loved the swimming pool and the game room. The hot tub got some use, too, and Ted provided enough extra tables that we could have jigsaw puzzles and board games. It's a lovely location, and there's last-minute shopping just minutes away. Ou

What a great place for a family or group retreat. We are definitely going back again. The amenities and utility of this facility were wonderful. And the owners are super nice people, very relatable.

Beautiful house, large property, great pool. Plenty of fridges for extended stay. Walmart 3 minutes down the road. Volleyball set up. Great for a bunch of families to go. Only downside is they got white carpets for the family room and small dining room next to the kitchen. Might be trouble some if you are going to be bringing little ones.
