Customer Reviews
We spent one night at Wills Creek RV Park in a 40’ motorhome towing a pickup. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had to slide our reservation by a day due to an issue with our rig. Easy access from Interstate 59, Exit 222, but there are no signs until you reach the campground entrance. Ignore any weight warnings you see on your GPS for Airport Road. Tractor trailers use this road and we saw no signs regarding weight restrictions. The overnight section of the campground is relatively new and level with wide, gravel pull-through sites. All hookups worked well and water quality seemed good. The bathrooms were huge and clean in this section. Grounds were well-maintained. No swimming pool, but there is a laundry, game room and gym that we didn’t check out. Small p
Gravel roads and sites. We had a lot of shade. Some sites are not large: 45' x 10'. We fit and leveled easily. Concrete patio. Great water and sewer. Good spacing. Picnic table. Some new pull thru sites, large, open sun. Most sites are long-term with varying degrees of upkeep and cleanliness.||Internet was excellent. ATT good. Basic camp. No pool, outdoor games. Laundry. Arcade. Pavilion. Staff friendly and helpful.||There is nothing wrong here. Part of these reviews is how the camp compares to other available camps. On that basis, and our experience at over 200 camps, we rate this camp as average. We camped at Wills Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.
Very convenient for a stop in on our way to Tennessee. Super customer service. Clean and neat and decent pricing. Will always be our stop over. Cute book art for sale in the office that benefits animal rescue. 10 out of 10
Wills Creek RV Park was a mix of long term stayers and short term campers, but was clean and well kept. The bathhouses were clean and well maintained, had a dog run area that was available and a small game room/gym, as well. They have a propane refill station (and decently priced) on site which can be very convenient. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and great to work with. The only thing that would have made the stay better was a larger fire pit as the temps dipped into the 20's with wind chills in the teens. Fall is a great time of year to visit the Fort Payne area.
Very clean, quiet campground. Host was very friendly. The best place so far on our road trip. Great price, too!
