Willow Tree Inn & RV Park

Asked Manager if they could trim branches scraping my RV motorhome home , nothing. Asked about washer and dryer to get serviced , nothing ,Asked about roaches , sprayed but missed them , in drainage pipes. Took away free breakfast. Hotel guests only .urinal in men's bathroom, you have to pour cup of water into to flush. Black mold in shower stalls .I had to teach maintenance guys how to paint.

When staying in Branson you have many choices for lodging. Because of this there are wide ranges of quality. Most are either really nice or average. This one falls in the latter category. For an older motel the rooms are clean and refurbished. The air conditioner did a fantastic job. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast is ok, not great but not terrible either. The pool is really small. The door to the room was hard to get it to close, you really had to slam it. The key card took a little bit to unlock the door. The room had a mini-fridge but no microwave. The location is at the end of town but still able to walk to some places without problems. The front desk is not 24 hours. Plenty of good and bad so again,average.

I have had a great experience here. The room was very tidy, the pool and sitting area (with grills AND charcoal provided) are well maintained. They are small, intimate spaces to swim and grill out but what it lacks in space it makes up for in cleanliness, atmosphere and beauty. You can tell the owners take great pride in their outdoor space, it is very well maintained. Its an absolutely lovely place to spend the evening. The people in the office have been professional and honest. I would give 5 stars but my refrigerator wasn't cold at all.. I had to keep my drinks in a cooler.

The air conditioner sounded like a 747 taking off and landing. The water in the shower was like warm at best. We told the lady at checkin we were paying cash. She asked for a credit card for incidental charges. She charged our card without our consent. We thought we paid on checkout.

Positive: We were not charged extra to have a room nearer to the elevator at time of check-in!! Negative: The A/C unit was a little loud, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, we were happy with the room and hotel.
