Willow Bay RV Resort & Marina

Loved camping here! The only thing I didn’t like is the camp sites are not reserved for you. You kind of crowd in where you can fit! The bathrooms were ok. It was a good price compared to other camp sites! I made this review a year ago and we just returned this past weekend and got a whole different experience! The bathrooms were very neglected! There were spiders covering the bathrooms so much so that my 9 year old daughter was so scared to go she crapped her self! This place has gone down hill significantly! It is still based on first come first serve which kind of sucks because half the time you are split from your group. It is way worse than last year!!! I don’t think we will be back! I was very disappointed!!!

We were heading to Lake Spokane Campground (LSC) and saw this site as we drove passed and thought it looked beautiful. We were put off by the reviews so carried onto LSC. When we got to LSC we found that it’s not actually on the lake and pretty much all of the sites do not have lake views, so we turned around and headed back to Willow Bay Site. The man (I think the owner or the manager?) at the office was super friendly and accommodating and let us choose our spot (NB the campsite was very quiet - only 5 other RVs). The site really is beautiful - so green and well-kept, respecting the green belt area. I personally like that the pitches aren’t marked out - it saves the grass and gives a lovely meadowy feel! Never coming back! We called the evening before arriving to book a tent site. We were told by Brie a wooden picnic table was no problem and they would make it work for us. Upon arrival, we called to let Brie know we arrived and asked about a picnic table as there was not one at our site. Brie rudely replied, " We spoke about this yesterday. If you can find one you can load it up and take it to your site. " That is NOT what we spoke about. One was to be taken to our site! ( My husband is disabled and couldn't lift one and I was unable to do it on my own. Thanks, Brie 😡 ) The next day we called with a question and had to leave a message. NO RETURN CALL. Rv location was great. The view truly beautiful. The facilities need some love but the gentlemen that work here were kind and helpful. Would recommend this place and definitely will come back. Although I would say this is definitely not a RV resort.

Such a nice getaway! Staff works hard to make camping a great experience for the whole family!!
