My review is not related to any of your hotels, but to the kindness and helpfulness shown by some of your employees in Tifton, GA. On Friday, June 20, 2025, I had a flat tire and pulled into the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express. I told the desk clerk what was going on and she spoke to the manager who was supervising some remodeling. He contacted one of the Williams Hotel Group employees, Craig, and asked him to help me. Craig not only pumped my tire up, he followed me to the tire repair shop to make sure I arrived okay. If not for their help, I would have probably had to call a towing service. I cannot thank them enough.
Great place, friendly and good rates
