Nice mostly quiet mobile home park. No amenities, paved drive, parking can be quite rediculous, look out for kids running around not paying attention to people trying to drive through, and as of the date on this review lot rent is $525/month ( a bit high in my opinion). Located right off highway 78. Short drive to fire wheel mall. Management communicates well if and when issues may arise to help correct them.
Very safe community, great place to live , Quiet neighbourhood , management response quickly and always help.
Hard to get ahold of, not very friendly. when you do get ahold of them. Would recommend checking other places out
