Wilbraham Inn

Looks are deceiving; this is a good motel. A great value - clean, lower cost, and good location. We had some apprehension when we chose it (online), but it was fine. It's an older building, and shows that in some regards, but much has been updated. For instance, our bathroom was COMPLETELY new, with new fixtures and nice quality tile - very nice! I'd stay again! :)

Wonderful Inn. Highly recommend for solo and fsmily trips. Well kept, quiet, great lovely decor, not the usual same old you see in large hotel chains which was extremely refreshing and made you feel more at home. Friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommend. I travel frequently for business, this was a personal trip. If I could stay here for all my trips I would. Close to many restaurants, and easy access to attractions.

This hotel offers basic accommodations, but it perfectly suited my wife and me, given its proximity to my daughter's college, as well as a grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance. While the rooms and bathrooms were somewhat outdated, they were functional. The cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff were commendable, and the location was ideal. Cost was best in the area for services we expected.

The service was great and the woman working the desk was very sweet, didn't question us when we showed her pictures, and helped us take care of the issue. Our problem was when we got into our room to do a routine inspection, there appeared to be fluid stains all over the matress cover, hidden under 2 sheets that looked like they were somewhat clean. This was under both beds. There was also a massive wet spot on the wall by the one bedframe... We were quite appalled and checked out immediately. Very shocked because a lot of the reviews seemed to be really good.
