Such a lovely place to unwind after skiing! Very clean and host was welcoming. We had a fantastic time staying here.

WOW. I could not be more glad I stopped at Wicked Waystation. I don't exaggerate when I say: this is the most thoughtfully appointed hostel I've ever laid eyes on in all my world travels. It's a thru-hiker MUST! The owner is so kind and available but unobtrusive. The bunks are cozy with plenty of extra blankets. Laundry and a shower are included in the price, plus coffee, tea, cocoa, and cereal. I noticed gluten free food options well separated from wheat products, and a dedicated gluten-free toaster oven! There's a hiker box where you can shed weight or maybe luck out and grab something another hiker left behind. Lots of food, local goods, and trail essentials are available for purchase. And there are comfortable sofas and good books to read if you want to take a zero/nearo and loaf arou

Fantastic experience here. The hostel is so homey and comfortable. Laundry and showers and kitchen. The store down the street is perfect for hikers. Great location, and the owners will pick you up and drop you off back at the trail. Consider also slack packing Stratton mountain if the gondola is running. Would absolutely stay here again!

Was section hiking Vermont along the AT when our group was crippled by shin splints and decided to rest up a couple days here. It was an excellent experience, relaxing vibes. Owner picked us up at the trail in a timely manner and was so nice. Cash or venmo for food and goodies at the house or a general store walking distance down the road. Bunk room or private rooms up stairs for sleeping option.

I had a great stay at the Wicked Waystation while hiking SOBO on the Long Trail. Thais is a terrific host and was extremely flexible for shuttle pickups and drop-offs. Kitchen is well stocked and hiker box had lots of items for last minute restock. We actually zeroed due to rain and relaxed in the comfortable living room furniture. Also will make a great place to stay during ski season.
