Whitetail Inn

Place is perfect. The rooms are not big but exactly what you expect. The bed (at least mine) was new and got great three nights of sleep. Super clean and warm. The owners live close by and when we needed help they were very fast and responding.

This was the perfect spot to spend the night while I was going to the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. The room was exceptionally clean, and as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe here. The only side note is that dining options are a bit limited in this town—just a smaller grocery store or Subway—so I would recommend eating before you get to town. There is a microwave in the room.

In the area for dog training. Clean, comfortable room. Rooms are on the small size but are very nice. Dog friendly. Construction crew came in on the second night and were very noisy. Decided not to stay the third night. Not the owners fault.

I have to say this was an absolutely fantastic experience! This was a personal weekend to come and stay the weekend and hangout with my best friend!! BTW you have to go to Gunners Bourbon restaurant while you are there! I love how you can call the number and check in without having to go to an office made this experience quick and painless! The room was beautiful and quaint the only thing I absolutely needed as I throw things everywhere was an extra desk and a bigger end table 😂 but it was not necessary. I was able to get TP within an hr of asking about it and the beds were absolutely comfortable!! I want some of those pillows at home!
