White Valley Motel

Much better in the summer!! The A/C's tend to work pretty good. Manager(Scott) is friendly & apologizes for the things that should've been fixed, or upgraded, years ago. Ridiculously outdated & inefficient heating system! I froze my tail off & slept in my clothes w/ my coat the first night(of 3). The room wasn't comfortably warm until the next afternoon. Not a bad little Motel for a "mom'n pop" type setup. Unfortunately, to be honest, the entire place really needs to be rebuilt from the ground up...

The motel was a good value for the money. It is sincerly run and uniquely decorated. There are outdoor activities available such as swings and a basketball hoop. The motel was built in 1947 and does show it's age and the love and care that has been applied over the years. There is a Cabin Coffee across the road that serves good food.|Sherry

On November 21,2025 I booked a room for deer hunting check in at 6:00 PM and rested till 11:00 PM I opened the white bed sheet saw a lot of bed bugs (every small red bugs) crawling around and running away, I went tell the manager what I saw and I asked him for refund I can't use the room.he said, no refund it's up to me either stay or leave. I decided to leave at 12:00 AM.Do not use this dirty motel if you don't want to bring this bed bugs to your home.

The only motel in town. I think I’d rather camp then stay here again. My kids and I stayed here one night visiting family. My kids and I travel a lot and this was certainly the most uncomfortable they’ve felt about a place. Cleaner aerosol was used to cover up smells in the room. Decor and design is outdated and cheep to another level. In fact, the decor adds to the anxiety of staying in the room. No electrical outlets available for charging electronics. Although, I did find one on the floor the morning I checked out. The floors sag and are not level anywhere in the room. Maybe it’s a good place for some but not suitable for my standards as a place I would stay in the future.

Bedbugs!!!! Do not stay here. We checked in, immediately observed the room smelled like a chain smokers day dream (aka a non smoker’s nightmare). We found the toilet to be unclean with feces splattered in the bowl, balls of hair on the bed and carpet, and a very large bed bug crawling on the pillow. Yep. That thing has been clearly thriving there for a while. I thought it was a tick, and a google search informed me it was a bed bug. We left immediately. The site manager was apologetic and kind but didn’t seem as horrified as we were. Yikes yikes. Health and safety violations galore.
