White Anchor Inn

Very small, you get what you pay for, but the questions I asked through the app were not answered by the host, so I suggest you text him directly. He said the housemaid had cleaned, but when we arrived, the towels were damp, and one had hair on it. The curtains are very sheer, so be wary of privacy since you can see everything from the door. There was an empty beer box on the floor, and the sheets were half off the bed. Can hear other tenants around you very easily. One small unlined trashcan in the bathroom, so bring your own trash bag. Good location, though, and a nice shower.

Amazing!!! The hotelier was so nice and helpful and it was great to be able to stay in something that was affordable near such a quaint little town. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the scenery zen-like. It's easy to spot off 29 and literally a five minute drive to the harbour.

Price is excellent, room is decorated well with an ocean vibe. Small flat panel TV. Close to the downtown of Boothbay which has plenty to do to keep entertained. Check in was easy, check out too. Clean rooms. Shower kinda sprays all over. Nice little porch out the back with chairs to sit on. Room oddly had a pair of blinds missing on the back window to keep light out, there's a veil instead at the moment. Overall would stay again when In the area and definitely recommend!

We stay at the White Anchor every July on our way to one of the Islands. We always go with another couple who recommended it. The area is quiet, the rooms are spotless. There is a little deck overlooking a pretty field. It is convenient to Booth Bay's downtown. The staff is lovely. We will continue to stay at the White Anchor.

This was a nice little clean bungalow.. Had all your basic stuff.. When people travel they have to understand that Inns are not hotel. They all carry there unique character.. This one did. We loved it. The staff was great..
