Whispering Pines is an amazing gem on the outskirts of Saratoga. The owner and her son, the workers and the seasonal campers have made this the best spot to pitch a tent or park your RV. Whether you're staying a week, a weekend or just a night the beauty, the peace and the people welcome you in like a big hug.|The restrooms are spotless, the grounds are well kept, the pool is lovely on these brutally hot days, and the store is stocked with the things we may need while we're there and souvenirs to take with us when we leave. |We spend our summers between home and the campground, and love that it's only 25 minutes from one to the other. The seasonal campers spend the summer helping to raise money to send kids with cancer to Camp Good Days. All of our social gatherings offer opportunities to

This campground does offer peace and quiet and a nice albeit small swimming pool in a wooded setting. However, the campground itself is quiet tired. The lower main lawn section has pull thru sites that are just dirt ruts in grass. Electrical hookups are 30 amp there with no sewer connections, water pressure was just OK (and this section was nearly empty so pressure could be worse when park is more occupied) We were amazed that zoning allows electrical lines to be strung from and attached to living trees-and it appears they have been that way for a long time. All roads are dirt/some gravel and narrow. The sites up in the wooded loops are primarily taken by long term seasonals, some of those are FHU. The bath house by the dump station was clean but old and worn. Dump station is up the hi

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. ||We attended both days of this year’s DMB concert as SPAC. It was our first time seeing them at SPAC and I searched for a place that suited our needs, and Whispering Pines delivered in all of them. ||I have two young children and we needed a safe and quiet campground with reliable facilities. Whispering Pines delivered on both of those fronts. ||The setting is beautiful and our campsite was clean and very well-shaded. ||As much as we enjoy going to concerts, being loud, and having fun, there is a time and a place for that, and when it’s time to rest, it’s time to rest. After parties are a big part of the DMB culture and it gave us piece of mind to be able to go back to the campsite and to be able to rely on peace and quiet and a good night’s sle

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time during our stay. Originally, we registered for three days, We ended up adding a fourth! We we met alot of the seasonal.campers while we walked throughout the campground. Stopped to check out the laundryroom/bathrooms. All were sparkling clean!! We we had two other couples that came to visit and they loved the campground, as well. We are defintely going to camp there again, as this was our second visit. Our first visit last year, was just as pleasant. We are considering a seasonal site for next year! From management to campers, what a great bunch of people!!!!
