If I could give Whispering Pines TEN stars, I would! Love everything about this place from the accommodations --- the cabins are immaculate --- to the staff, including Whisper, the resident kitty! So many fun things to do safely on-site, or just relaxing in the solitude of nature. Clean, safe, well-staffed and affordable!!!

My family has been camping at Whispering Pines for more than 10 years. The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to make everyone happy. We used to go to different campgrounds for each trip, but since finding Whispering Pines, we won't consider going anywhere else! Thank you Janelle, Alex and staff for fun, relaxing weekends!!!

We have been coming here for 3 years and the service is always disappointing. We show up an hour early for check in and call because no one is at the office during office hours. We have an infant/newborn with us and I get hung up on and all following calls go straight to voice mail. In the past we were given the wrong sight and asked to move sights to be closer to family. We were told all the sights in the entire camp grounds was full. That was a complete lie, only about 20% of the spots were full the entire weekend. We love the water park and the other amenities. With the high price tag compared to most campgrounds we would expect better service.

We have been coming to Whispering Pines for the last 7 years. We love Alex and Janelle and think they do a great job, they’re friendly, and come up with some fun activities! The only thing that might drive us away next year is the cost. We had 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids) and stayed 3 nights over the Fourth of July (so holiday weekend rates). We also added a golf cart for our stay. Our total was $573. And keep in mind that a lot of stuff costs extra on top of that. Kids want to use the jumping pillow? $10. Wanna shower in their facilities? Better bring your quarters. So, again, great people and a fun environment. I just don’t know if we can keep justifying that cost.

Our family always has an awesome time when we stay here. We’ve met some great people and it’s very kid-friendly.
