I appreciate that the place is between Burlington and Fort Madison. The cost is very affordable, especially for long term stays. The main building has laundry facilities and showers for use. Depending on the size of your trailer or RV you have plenty of space per spot. It stays pretty quiet and no one really bothers anyone.
Very nice looking, well kept. Grassy areas between sites, no trees, but a laundromat and shower house
Great people very clean place the townspeople are so friendly I think I'll hang out awhile
