Westwood Motor Lodge

The first room I was given was a smoking room, so I went back and asked for non- smoking. What I got was a not as smoky room. I had to let it air out with the door open for 20 minutes at below freezing temperatures. Also, the room was absolutely filthy. There was toothpaste spit all over the bathroom mirror, dirty toilet, dust on the end tables, the desk chair looked like it was trashed picked a few days ago after being thrown in a landfill in 1989. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

Question first......why did it take 2 years for management to respond to the last review? I say the same.... the place is a dump. An addict infested, FILTHY sh*t hole actually! And I have pictures to prove it! I should've seen the sign to leave when it was a problem just entering the room! The entire room STUNK like mold. Figured out where that came from real quick. I had to get Little Tree air fresheners from my vehicle and open them, 3 of them, to cover the STINK! The door didn't shut without using the deadbolt. NOTHING seemed wiped down at all. Bathroom was DISGUSTING, to put it nicely. HAIR in the tub drain, used soap on the shelf in the shower, mold/mildew in the tub and on the shower curtain and someone's SPIT, from brushing there teeth, I hope, on the mirror. Hey, I have no idea what this place is like. I'm writing this review because Google 's incredibly subpar AI stated that this hotel allows dogs for a cleaning fee and that is absolutely incorrect-- dogs are NOT allowed.

Stayed there a few nights recently while in the process of moving. For the price the room was decent. Would stay here again for sure. Room was cleaner than most of the cheaper motels I’ve stayed at in past . My only complaints is that the towels were a bit old and worn out and the floors are not very clean. When you get out of the shower and walk around for just a minute, you soon realize the soles of your feet are black. All in all I was happy with the room and the price. I would use this motel again in the future.

I first told them that the room they gave me stunk in a bad way, they ignored me as I said I would not bring my belongs in till I got rid of their stink. Was no offer of another room or help in any form.. I realized the dirty staff and owner were not concerned about their own smell coming from themselves so would not care for rooms.
